4 Week Challenge: Day 1

I signed up for a mini challenge at  http://8weekstoabetteryou.blogspot.com/ and today was the official kick-off.  One of the requirements is that I journal daily so here goes nothing.  After finishing posting this I will have earned all 10 points for today.  If you aren't familiar with this challenge you owe it to yourself to check it out.  I have had terrible luck with dieting in the past, but this isn't exactly a diet, and I really think I can do this!  I'm not setting out to lose weight, just feel better about myself in general, any weight lost will be a bonus.  Well, that's all I got for now!
